Sets the values under the "Referenced Time Offsets" (0040,A138) element.

Parameters

value
Pointer to an array that represents the values under the "Referenced Time Offsets" (0040,A138) element.

temporalPointCount
Number of values to set. TemporalPointCount is updated with this value.

Remarks

This method will also update TemporalPointCount property to be equal to % temporalPointCount %.
